"Trees are sanctuaries. Whoever knows how to speak to them, whoever knows how to listen to them, can learn the truth. They do not preach learning and precepts, they preach, undeterred by particulars, the ancient law of life." --Hermann Hesse
Having grown up in Seattle, the daughter of a forester, I cannot help but love the forests and woodlands of the Pacific Northwest. Surrounded by a forest of significant trees in my own backyard, it is a timeless meditation.

The show runs through April 23.
